About these terms

This website is run by QuickFleet Logistics Limited, a company based in Abuja, Nigeria. In these terms, “QuickFleet”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

By using quickfleet.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

QuickFleet has not started delivery operations. This website explains the service we are building and how it is meant to work.

You cannot book or pay for a delivery here yet. When we open, deliveries will be covered by separate delivery terms, and we will publish those before the first booking is taken.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It means we will email you when we open, and we may send you news about QuickFleet before then.

Joining is not a booking and it is not a contract for delivery. It does not guarantee you a place, a price or a start date. You can leave at any time by writing to us.

If you join because you would like to ride with us, the same applies. Joining the list is not a job application, and it is not an offer of work. Recruitment has not opened.

The information here

We work to keep this website accurate, but we are still building the company, so details can change. The services, coverage, launch timing and prices described here are our plans. They may change before we open, and some may not go ahead.

Some of the pictures and app screens on this site are illustrations and mock-ups. They are here to show how the service will work. The names, codes and figures in them are examples.

Nothing on this website is an offer of shares, an invitation to invest, or professional advice of any kind.

Using the site

You are welcome to read this site, share links to it and quote short passages with credit to QuickFleet. We ask that you do not:

• try to break the site, overload it, or get into parts of it that are not public
• send spam, false details or harmful material through our forms
• copy the site with automated tools in a way that puts a strain on it
• pretend to be QuickFleet, or to speak for us

The QuickFleet name and logo, and the words, design, illustrations and photographs on this site, belong to QuickFleet or to the people who licensed them to us. Please ask before using them for anything commercial.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for what is on it or for how it handles your details.

Our responsibility

We provide this website as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the information here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under Nigerian consumer law that cannot be taken away.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute about them will be heard by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

We may update these terms as the company grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
